Vita Coco is hiring a Revenue Management and Commercial Finance Associate Manager to report directly to the Revenue Management and Commercial Finance Senior Manager. This role will be based out of our HQ-NY Office; we currently have a 3 days-per-week in-office requirement. This person will work on key projects and innovations at Vita Coco in a highly cross-functional role with visibility to top management. We are looking for an individual who is highly ambitious and interested in working at a fast-paced CPG company.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing architecture and specific retailer plans across different channels (e.g. Grocery, Convenience, Drug, Online, Foodservice, etc.). Work will include evaluating promotions, delivering pricing targets, and evaluating competitive pricing
  • Partner with sales team members on detailed volume forecasts to set targets and inform operations of demand needs
  • Collaborate with sales on proposals for retailer new item meetings
  • Work on innovation projects. In this role, you’ll develop financials, pricing, and forecasts on key innovation projects, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations
  • Partner with Sales on channel strategy work, evaluating which innovations make the most sense for a given channel and where we should place strategic bets
  • Lead projects to take the performance management and planning capabilities at Vita Coco to the next level

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Finance at a CPG company, including 2+ years either in Sales Finance or Revenue Management
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills required
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and ambitious; ability to work independently and directly with senior management on key projects
  • Executive leadership career aspirations

  • Strong attention to detail

At The Vita Coco Company, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include but are not limited to: skill set, experience, education, training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and abilities of the applicant, alignment with market data, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $105,000-$115,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
