Vita Coco is seeking a Sales Ops Analyst to join our team to help manage operational complexities, arm our sales team with the right information at the right time and enhance our performance management capabilities.

We are looking for someone who can make connections between different data sources, prepare a detailed analysis identifying risks and opportunities and communicate actionable insights in a clear, visually appealing manner to tell the story.

More specifically, the Sales Analyst will focus on the following areas:

  • Inventory Management
    • Conduct analysis to identify future inventory constraints and suggest additional orders.
  • Prepare inventory allocations and provide updates on orders against them.
  • Prepare weekly update for key Distributor partners and internal team.
  • Maintain the inventory reporting suite.
  • Reporting
    • Provide regular summaries of market trends and performance vs plan.
  • Business Review Presentations
    • Create analysis for internal Leadership meetings and external Distributor meetings.
  • Technology / Systems
    • Assist in the administration of current Sales tools and the implementation of new tools, providing training as needed.
  • Harness to remove bottlenecks and boost efficiencies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role; CPG experience a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key attributes and qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities
    • Excel -> Ability to create pivot tables and formulas including lookups
    • PowerPoint -> Ability to tell an insightful story in a clear and concise manner
    • Power BI -> Ability to create dashboards. Data set management a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while developing and maintaining relationships.

At The Vita Coco Company, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, experience, education, training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and abilities of the applicant, alignment with market data, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $55,000-$75,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
