The Supply Planner will be responsible for supporting planning activities to deliver customer service targets and optimal inventory levels. This role is based out of our NYC HQ reporting directly to the Supply Planning Manager – North America.

Main Responsibilities:

  • · Planning for short-term horizon
    • Assist in managing customer orders to achieve fulfillment
  • Arrange stock transfers to balance inventory levels
  • Coordinate stock availability to support promotions
  • · ATP (Available to Promise) planning
    • o Manage ATP process in SAP, ensuring data accuracy
  • Assist in managing 49 POs
  • Inventory health (SLED) risk management
    • Monitor inventory health, managing aging inventory to mitigate risks
  • · Container log maintenance
    • o Work closely with logistics team to verify data, ensuring alignment with planning requirements and making logic adjustments needed for current market conditions
  • · KPI reporting
    • o Assist in reporting inventory KPIs
  • · Data management
    • o Perform regular data scrubbing and validation to maintain integrity across systems
  • · Anaplan migration
    • o Transition manual reports into Anaplan dashboards
  • Years of experience: 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain-related roles such as Planning, Logistics or Systems Implementation
  • Professional Experience:
    • Proficiency working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of and experience in SAP and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Math or a related field

    At The Vita Coco Company, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to skill set, experience, education, training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and abilities of the applicant, alignment with market data, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. This range may vary for positions that will be performed outside of California, Colorado, Nevada, New York City, Westchester County, NY, Rhode Island, or Washington.
