This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing company, and the role will be key in driving our presence forward.

Vita Coco is looking for a charismatic, ambitious, and results orientated Supply Chain Executive to support the EMEA Operations Team in managing and coordinating our supply chain activities and optimising efficiency whilst maintaining the service levels demanded by our customers.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, organised, highly motivated and self-starter who is comfortable working with limited supervision and juggling multiple projects. They must exhibit good business knowledge evidenced by a high level of integrity, have a clear understanding of the Customer Service environment with the ability to deal with a variety of regions and cultures in a fast-paced environment.

They must be able to focus on achieving priorities in an organised manner and have demonstrated the ability to handle multiple activities. Must be able to work independently but also be team-oriented.

In a nutshell, you are responsible for:

  • Being the point of contact between customers, operations planning and supply chain team
  • Support the EMEA operations team on order management
  • Customer service and delivery
  • Ensuring that service levels targets are met

In more detail, this means:

Supporting the EMEA Operations Team

  • Owning the day-to-day order management in a timely manner, ensuring that designated deadlines and service levels are met
  • Ensuring all processed orders are completed to the highest standard
  • Inputting orders on SAP (both EDI and non-EDI), maintaining a PO tracker updated and highlighting any issues
  • Perform weekly invoice consolidation to ensure matching dispatched vs collected and raise a claim if any discrepancy

Customer Service and Delivery

  • Dealing with customers’ queries related to orders and invoices
  • Manage any issues that arise within the process are resolved to avoid any delays in progressing to live order/delivery.
  • Accurately log Order delivery, reception and PGI into SAP
  • Seek opportunities to improve service and deliver more cost-effective ways of working

Service Level Targets

  • Drive the continuous improvement in Supply planning performance and its interaction with team members.
  • Tracking of inbound shipments, main metrics and service level KPIs

Specific knowledge, qualifications, skills & experience required:

  • 1-2 Years’ experience in operations desirable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, including both oral and written. German language essential
  • Great customer liaison and service management
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook essential
  • Proven to use own initiative and take ownership of issues
  • Organised and tenacious to take ownership of tasks and see through to conclusion with an eye for detail
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, resilient, can-do attitude and flexible
