The Sr. Financial Analyst will be a part of the FP&A team and will mainly be responsible for the global planning and forecasting process, with a focus on reporting business results to senior management. This role is based out of our NYC HQ reporting directly to the Director of FP&A.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation and analysis of global financials for planning and forecasting (Income Statement, Cash Flow and Balance Sheet)
  • Preparation of Monthly Management Results and Board Presentations
  • Maintain the global strategic planning (3Yr Strat plan) template and ‘levers’ file
  • Assists with the development, implementation, automation, and maintenance of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting systems, specifically TM1
  • Drive enhancements in financial reporting and analysis as well as requisite system requirements
  • Full OpEx management of the Americas region including Headcount, T&E, etc.
  • Responsible for monthly reporting, analysis, and forecasting of marketing spend

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Related Field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance
  • Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
  • Advanced Financial Modeling and PowerPoint skills
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and ambitious; ability to work independently and directly with senior management on special projects
  • Superior writing, communication, training, and presentation skills
  • Technical Skills: SAP Experience, Planning & Reporting Software experience (especially TM1 experience is required)
  • Food & Beverage or broader CPG industry experience
